1. Introduction
Bhai Ji App (“Bhai Ji App”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is a hyperlocal discovery
platform that allows users to list, discover, and connect for products and services available
locally. We act only as a technology intermediary and do not sell, deliver, or process payments
for any products or services listed on the Platform.
2. Eligibility
To use Bhai Ji App, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age
- You are located in India
- You have a valid Indian mobile number
- You are legally competent to enter into a binding contract under Indian law
Minors are not permitted to use the Platform.
3. User Account
- Account creation is mandatory to access most features of the Platform.
- You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Any activity performed through your account will be deemed to be performed by you.
Bhai Ji App shall not be responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to
secure your account.
4. Platform Role & Limitation
Bhai Ji App is only a discovery and communication platform.
- We do not:
- Own or sell listed products or services
- Verify the accuracy or legality of listings
- Act as a broker, agent, or partner between users
- Handle payments, delivery, refunds, or warranties
All transactions, communications, and dealings are strictly between users.
5. User Content & Ownership
- You retain ownership of the content you upload (photos, descriptions, listings).

By uploading content, you grant Bhai Ji App a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license
to use, store, display, and distribute such content solely for operating and promoting the
Platform.
- You confirm that you have all rights and permissions required to upload such content.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Post false, misleading, illegal, offensive, or harmful content
- List prohibited or illegal products or services
- Violate any applicable Indian laws or regulations
- Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, scrape, or disrupt the Platform
- Use the Platform for fraud, spam, or misleading practices
- Impersonate another person or business
Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination.
7. Payments & Fraud Warning

- Bhai Ji App does NOT support online payments.
- Users must NOT make payments through the app, WhatsApp, or third-party links.
- All payments must be made offline and directly at the seller’s physical location.

payments made outside this guideline.
8. Paid Services (Future)
- Bhai Ji App may introduce paid plans or promotional features in the future.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties
- The Platform and Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
- Bhai Ji App makes no warranties regarding accuracy of listings or quality of services.
- No guarantee of successful transactions, outcomes, or uninterrupted access.
- Use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk.
10. Limitation of Liability
- Bhai Ji App shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages.
- We are not responsible for disputes, losses, frauds, injuries, or damages between users.
- We are not liable for actions or omissions of sellers, buyers, or third parties.
11. Account Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice if these Terms,
Post Guideline Policy, or applicable laws are violated, or if the account is used for fraudulent
or illegal purposes.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes means you
accept the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the
exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Shimla, Himachal Pradesh.
