✅ Buyer Responsibilities

• Accurate Information – Provide true and correct details (name, contact, location) while using the app.
• Respect Sellers – Communicate politely. Abusive, threatening, or offensive behavior will not be tolerated.
• Genuine Interest Only – Contact sellers only if you are truly interested in their products or services.
• Offline Payments Only – All payments must be made directly in-store or at the seller’s shop. Do not transfer money online through unofficial channels.
• Product/Service Verification – Check the condition, quality, and authenticity of products or services before purchase in store.
• Do Your Research – Search on Google, read seller reviews, and, where possible, ask for local references before meeting a seller.
• Safe Meetings – Never meet in shady or unsafe places. Avoid going alone; prefer public locations or the seller’s store.
• Confirm Before Visiting – Always chat with the seller first to confirm product/service availability, pricing, and timing.
• In-Store Purchases Only – Bhai Ji App does not provide delivery, courier, or home delivery services. If a seller offers delivery, it is outside our control.

🚫 Prohibited Buyer Behavior

• Harassing or spamming sellers with unnecessary calls, chats, or fake inquiries.
• Asking for free items, false discounts, or misusing offers in bad faith.
• Trying to bypass app rules (e.g., pushing for unsafe online payments).
• Posting fake or misleading reviews to harm sellers.
• Misusing seller information for spam, marketing, or harassment.
• Spamming the system — all buyer activity and chats are monitored, and in case of illegal activity, information may be shared with law enforcement.

⚠️ Safety Tips for Buyers

• Verify the seller’s identity, store address, and product/service details.
• Do not share unnecessary personal or financial information.
• Avoid unsafe locations. Bring a friend or inform someone you trust before meeting.
• Bhai Ji App is only a listing platform. We do not sell, trade, deliver, or guarantee any products or services.
• The final price and transaction are always agreed directly between buyer and seller.

We do not provide delivery, courier, or home delivery services. All purchases must be completed offline, directly with the seller. Buyers are solely responsible for verifying details, ensuring personal safety, and completing transactions carefully. In case of damages, disputes, or mishappenings at the buyer’s or seller’s end, the buyer holds full responsibility.

⚖️ Dispute Resolution & Liability

For the purpose of these guidelines, a “Buyer” means any person who is trying to purchase a product/service or is contacting/messaging a seller through the Bhai Ji App. In case of any dispute, the matter shall remain strictly between the buyer and the seller. Bhai Ji App will not, under any circumstances, be held liable. By using our platform, you agree to these terms.
