Do you ride bicycle regularly? Do you get muscle cramps after a long ride? Are you unable to do a proper stretching session? Well, you are at the right place. I have received a massage service called Abhyangam! It includes a 45 minutes medicated oil massage therapy followed by a steam bath for 15 min. The benefits of Abhyangam includes relieving muscle tension and increasing blood flow. The masseurs, Mr. Sreejith & Mr. Ashok have a decade of experience and have been working with a couple of major ayurvedic industry players. Both of them were very polite and patiently answered all of my queries. It is not recommended to take a bath right after the service. So it is good to carry an extra pair of old clothes with you. The centre also provides the provision for bathing after the service, if you are going after your work. They provide a cup of medicinal tea at the end of the service. Overall my experience was quite good and I do recommend you guys to give a try for yourself. Suggestion to the management is to update the fees online.

Extremely frustrating experience! I’ve been trying to book an appointment, but every time I call, they say the slots are full or the doctor isn’t available. To make it worse, they barely even answer calls. Their clinic is supposed to be open until 6 PM, yet when I called at 5 PM, they casually told me to come tomorrow. They run flashy Instagram ads to attract customers, but the service is nowhere near worth it. Don’t waste your time!

Had abhyangam massage which is done by 2 people in complete synchronization. Have experiences of such massages at Kairali at Rishikesh and Kerala apart from another place. This one was fabulous with right technique and pressure. Hot water shower was comfortable too. Will surely recommend.
